Austin Alexander is Vice President of Artificial Intelligence Impact and Solutions at Xylem, a leading global water technology company committed to solving the world’s most critical water challenges through innovation and collaboration. In this role, she leads Xylem’s enterprise-wide AI transformation—leveraging smart, responsible use of AI to enable Xylem’s colleagues, customers and communities to support a more water secure future.
Since joining Xylem in 2013, Austin has held a range of leadership positions, most recently leading the company’s global sustainability program and advancing its strategy to integrate sustainability into every aspect of the business. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management from Gonzaga University and a Master of Business Administration from Wake Forest University.
She lives in Big Timber, Montana with her husband and son.
