In industries where a single microscopic particle can derail an entire production line, "clean" isn't enough. You need Ultrapure Water (UPW) that meets the most stringent global standards.
Ultrapure water is water that has been purified to stringent specifications. Unlike potable water or standard distilled water, UPW is essentially free of all dissolved gases, organic compounds, particulate matter, and ionic contaminants.
The primary metric for UPW is resistivity. At this level, the water is so pure it becomes non-conductive and chemically aggressive, making it the ideal "blank slate" for:
- Cleaning and Rinsing: Removing microscopic residues from semiconductor wafers.
- Formulation: Serving as the primary solvent for life-saving injectable drugs.
- System Protection: Preventing scaling and corrosion in high-pressure power turbines.
UV Oxidation
Our UV systems utilize high-intensity 185nm wavelengths to photochemically break down trace organics, reducing Total Organic Carbon (TOC) to levels below 5ppb.
