As Global Product Manager for Ozone at Xylem, Dee leads the global product strategy, portfolio management, and commercialization of ozone treatment technologies. She works closely with customers, sales teams, and engineering organizations worldwide to develop innovative solutions that address complex water treatment challenges. Her responsibilities include product strategy, new product development, market intelligence, customer engagement, and lifecycle management, with a focus on delivering sustainable and high-performance solutions for municipal and industrial water applications.

With more than six years of experience in the water industry, Dee brings a diverse background in product management, business development, and engineering. Prior to her current role, she led cross-functional initiatives focused on product strategy, project execution, and commercial growth across both Xylem and Bausch + Lomb.

Dee holds a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and has built her career at the intersection of technology, product management, and customer-focused innovation in the water industry.
