Joe leads Xylem's global Applied Water (AW) segment, which delivers sustainable, high-performance water solutions for industrial and commercial buildings customers. Through market-leading brands including Goulds Water Technology, Bell & Gossett, and Lowara, the segment helps customers address evolving heating, cooling, and water movement needs, while also providing specialized solutions for applications ranging from beverage processing to leisure boats.

 

Background

Joe joined Xylem in 2019 and has held leadership roles across Water Infrastructure and Water Solutions & Services, most recently serving as SVP & General Manager, Global Dewatering. Throughout his tenure, he has helped drive growth, strengthen customer relationships, and advance strategic initiatives across the business. He has more than 25 years of experience in executive leadership, operations, business development, commercial strategy, and customer-focused growth, including as:

• Executive General Manager, GE Power Services
