Background

Since joining Xylem in 2020,  Andrea has taken on leadership roles of increasing scope and responsibility across the company's finance organization, helping strengthen financial performance and support the company's growth strategy. She brings more than 20 years of finance and business leadership experience spanning corporate finance, financial planning, investor relations, treasury and business operations, including 13 years at Honeywell in a variety of finance and business leadership positions.
