Meredith leads Xylem's global Measurement & Control Solutions (MCS) segment, which helps water, gas, and electric utilities, as well as industrial customers, optimize water and energy use through advanced measurement, network technologies, intelligent controls, and data-driven solutions. The portfolio includes market-leading brands such as Sensus and YSI.

 

Background

Meredith joined Xylem in October 2024 having served as EVP and President of Applied Water, where she led Xylem's global business serving customers across commercial buildings, industrial, residential, and agricultural markets. During her tenure, the business advanced its customer-focused growth strategy, strengthened commercial execution, and accelerated simplification efforts to better serve customers and support long-term growth.

She has more than 20 years of leadership experience across industrial, commercial, and technology-driven businesses, including:

• Vice President & General Manager of Global Enterprise Solutions at Carrier, as well as led Carrier's Americas Commercial HVAC and Global Residential, Light Commercial, and VRF HVAC businesses
• Engineering, sales, and product management leader at Mitsubishi Electric

Community Impact

Meredith is active in the local community by providing service for under-served families, as well as youth development programs. She also serves as Executive Co-Sponsor for Xylem Women's Network.
