Advancing Xylem’s mission to build a more water-secure world through community impact.
Through nonprofit partnerships, volunteerism, and humanitarian support, Xylem Watermark expands access to water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) while helping communities build resilience.

We collaborate with nonprofit organizations, customers, suppliers, and local stakeholders to deliver high-impact, locally led initiatives supported through monetary donations, in-kind contributions, and volunteerism.
We also empower employees to help address global water challenges by offering 20 hours of paid volunteer time each year, including opportunities to apply their professional expertise through skills-based volunteering.
Through Xylem Watermark, we aim to improve quality of life for communities while creating meaningful opportunities for employees and value-chain partners to drive positive societal and environmental impact.
