The BioMag® system is applied to activated sludge systems - providing up to 300 percent more treatment capacity in existing tanks, and smaller treatment volumes, by delivering faster and more reliable clarification than alternative systems.
The BioMag system improves chemical flocculation treatment in wastewater and drinking water applications by using magnetite (an iron ore) to ballast chemical floc, resulting in rapid, reliable and enhanced settling and clarification.
